Our first day on the road began bright and early (with a 4AM wake up call) with intentions to cover the 900km trip to Wawa, ON. The drive to Sudbury was pretty uneventful and dark. We finally hit some light flurries before Sault Ste. Marie, where we stopped for lunch. After leaving the Soo and checking the weather, we knew we would be hitting more snow on our way up the Lake Superior coast.
